Bicycle rack !

So after I’m pretty confident that the Bongo is mechanically sound, I’ve bought a Thule 973 bike rack so Monica and I can go out for a nice bike ride in the New Forest.

Thanks to the assistance of a co-worker I was able to get a decent bike from Halfords for under 100 pounds ! He has the same model and uses it daily. I used an on-line voucher service called Zook to buy a voucher for less than its face value, i was a bit apprehensive, but it worked fine, and with the introduction offer, it probably works out at around 85 pounds for my brand new bike !

I’ve elected to build it myself, so that should be fun 😉 The Thule 973 isnt due to arrive until next week but I’ll be taking pics of it when we are all going out to the new forsest for our Bongo Biking Adventures !
